African violet (Saintpaulia) is from section Gesneriaceae.  It is very favourite plant. I grow african violets since 2001, later started grow with streptocarpus. I am from Czech republic (Central Europe). If you are interested in some of my plants, please contact me: midibaba@seznam.cz.
